Submitting test information to these specific sandbox elements does not process real currency or initiate an active financial charge.
Commercial Engagements: This site hosts legitimate commercial service paths. Formal business contracts, project timelines, and true financial transactions are initiated when a client explicitly purchases a service tier or executes a standalone independent contractor agreement with Kelvin N.

KN Solutions provides professional digital architecture and native platform layout design across three distinct structures:
Tier 01 (Core Campaign Launch): A one-time project delivery for basic conversion layouts, mobile optimization, and primary lead routing frameworks.
Tier 02 (Advanced Campaign Infrastructure): A one-time project delivery for multi-page sales setups, customized order experiences, and advanced internal data tracking workflows.
Tier 03 (Technical Operations Retention): A rolling monthly technical support retainer providing proactive system management, speed audits, and workflow troubleshooting.
The Optional Branding & Asset Upgrade: An add-on service available at checkout for clients lacking prepared brand logos, text copy, or color configurations, allowing us to draft these asset structures from scratch.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PORTFOLIO SHOWCASE RIGHTS
Client System Ownership: Upon receipt of final payment for any custom project build, the client assumes complete proprietary ownership over the specific visual layout, page text, and internal system configurations built for their brand.
Portfolio Presentation Rights: KN Solutions retains the right to display stylized imagery, functional video recordings, or public links of completed, live client project designs on this website as a demonstration of professional capabilities, unless explicitly restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Website Platform Rights: All original coding fragments, custom design frameworks, graphics, text copy, and structural logic native to this website belong exclusively to Kelvin N. and are protected under international copyright law.
5. CUSTOMER PLATFORM ACCOUNTS & DATA SECURITY
To guarantee absolute data privacy and long-term business asset security, all client systems are engineered directly inside the client's separate, independently owned GoHighLevel (GHL) or chosen marketing platform account.
The client maintains full control, operational privacy, and legal accountability over their independent platform subscription fees, database compliance rules, and customer contact histories.
KN Solutions is not liable for system-wide performance loss, software downtime, tracking irregularities, or subscription status issues stemming from the core platform provider.
6. PROJECT ENROLLMENT, REVISIONS, AND TERMINATION
One-Time Deployments (Tier 01 & Tier 02): Project deliverables are finalized based on the structured asset guidelines provided at kickoff. Any alterations requested after final system testing and client sign-off will be subject to separate project estimates.
Support Retainers (Tier 03): Monthly retention agreements operate on a rolling 30-day billing cycle. The client may pause, cancel, or modify their ongoing support retainer at any time by delivering a standard 14-day written notice.
